AI doesn't lack tools. It lacks architects who start from people.
For over fifteen years, I designed digital experiences always starting from the same point: the user. For the marketing leadership of large groups and institutions such as Volkswagen, ADP, the French Ministry of Armed Forces, L'Oréal, TotalEnergies and Orange, I led Service Design and Customer Experience initiatives, notably during nine years at BBDO Paris (formerly DDB) where I created and led a dedicated practice.
What these experiences taught me is that a technology only creates value if it takes root in the real practices of the people who use it. The rest is just stacking things up.
It's this conviction that led me to found MÉDIANE in 2026: to help companies integrate AI with the same rigour as experience design, starting from teams, their ways of working and their professional intuition, to build systems where artificial intelligence and human intelligence reinforce one another.
